Three more heroes came home today. But it wasn't the type of homecoming anybody wanted. But the residents of Northumberland County and beyond, as always were amazing coming out to the bridges. I've spoken to one of the families and they couldn't believe the response and support from the people. Like I've said many, many times, if you ever hesitate and think for a moment the families don't appreciate the crowds on the bridge. They do, each and every person on the bridges has meaning to the families - and please don't ever, ever forget that. |
